Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE 25 JULY 2026

DualCue is operated by Li Wenyu, an individual sole operator. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Service, who else touches it, and how long we keep it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than boilerplate.

1. What we collect

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or social media pixels on this site.

2. What we never do

3. Who else processes your data

Running the Service requires a small number of subprocessors. Each receives only what it needs:

4. How long we keep things

5. Where data is processed

The Service runs on infrastructure outside your country of residence, and subprocessors may process data in the United States and the European Union. By using the Service you accept that your data will be transferred across borders for these purposes.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy in a portable format. Write to support@dualcue.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Deleting your account deletes your media and transcripts. It does not retract records Creem must keep for completed transactions.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Stored files are encrypted at rest and accessible only to the account that uploaded them. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you by email without undue delay.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.

10. Contact
